Damages & Defects

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re so sorry! Please report the issue within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at hello@melodyfaye.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damage

• A brief description of the issue

We'll take care of you as quickly as possible.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages after they have left our warehouse.
For shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly.

Invoice Approval

By paying your invoice, you are confirming that all details are correct, including products, quantities, and shipping information. Orders will be processed based on the information provided at the time of payment.
