Damages & Defects

Delayed or Lost Packages
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages after they have left our warehouse.
For shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly.
Invoice Approval
By paying your invoice, you are confirming that all details are correct, including products, quantities, and shipping information. Orders will be processed based on the information provided at the time of payment.
Platform Restrictions
Products may NOT be sold on online marketplaces including but not limited to: Etsy, Amazon Handmade, Facebook Marketplace, or any similar peer-to-peer selling platforms. Products are intended for brick-and-mortar retail stores and standalone e-commerce websites only.
